Our Story

In 2023 the Lord led Kim to invite a group of four young women to gather with her to read the Word and pray. They said yes. Through this process it became evident that teaching this content would become more than just a one-time class. In response she answered God’s call to write the 7-week study guide, “Abide.” Now over the course of two years she has taught multiple small groups in her home using the concepts outlined in her book. Soon, the Lord gave her a team who also felt the call to teach Abide. Over the past two years many people have grown in their love of God’s Word and prayer. To date, there are multiple classes being taught, a podcast that highlights the Abide lessons, and a leadership class that is equipping future Abide leaders and teachers. Abide is a movement of people who want to live close to the Lord in an intimate relationship that bears fruit for His glory.
